Mini Atelier Inc. o/a Mini Atelier is a parent-participation creative program for children in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. This document sets out how we handle personal information and the terms of our SMS messaging service.

Mini Atelier Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
Information we collect
We collect personal information — including name, contact details, and information about your child — only as necessary to administer our program and communicate with enrolled families.
How we use your information
Your information is used to manage enrollment, share session updates, communicate program-related information to enrolled families, and occasionally send announcements about new programs, events, and offers.
Data sharing
We do not share customer data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to admissions@miniatelier.ca.
SMS Messaging Terms
1. The Mini Atelier messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions, provide support, share session updates, communicate program-related information to enrolled families, and occasionally send announcements about programs, events, and offers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
3. For assistance, text HELP or write to admissions@miniatelier.ca.
4. Message frequency varies based on program activity.
5. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
6. Mobile opt-in and consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose.
